Noureen DeWulf was born 28 February 1984 in New York City. She was always a huge degree of curiosity about being a professional actor. While she was at the School of the Arts of Boston University, Noureen began to lay the foundations of a successful career. Noureen was then able to audition for roles in various films. Then she was offered a part as the lead character in a 2005 film called West Bank Story. West Bank Story debuted at Sundance Film Festival in 2005 and has been screened around all over the world. Additionally, it was awarded the Oscar for Best Live Action Short Film at the 2007 Academy Awards, and set the way for Noureen DeWulf's future successes. Since then Noureen DeWulf has played roles in several TV Series such as Girlfriends Numb3rs Chuck and Outsourced. She began her career as a kid actor, performing in movies such as Alaska (1996), Now and Then (1995), Hocus Pocus(1993) and All I Want for christmas (1991). The performance she made in American Beauty brought her worldwide attention and awards in 1999. In 2001, she appeared in the highly acclaimed movie Ghost World (2001), that brought her the Golden Globe nomination.
